Can someone tell me the difference between exhaust tips 6R0 253 825 and 6R0 253 825 A?

I now have the 6R0 253 825 version, but they started to oxidate after 3 months already.

I have a WRC black gloss diffuser. It seems the 6R0 253 825 A version is a little bit longer, so they will fit better in the WRC diffuser?

Data from ETKA:

6R0 253 825: 130 x 73 x 73 (6R GTI)
6R0 253 825A: 145 x 75 x 75 (WRC)

But it won't make any difference because it doesn't change the length of the exhaust pipes!
