Gearbox issues after tuning?

Last weekend I installed a Celtic Stage 1 software in my GTI and since then I have experienced som abnormalitys with the DSG gearbox.
It feels kinda nervous and twitchy, especially between 1st and 2nd gear. And sometimes it's almost like it's having a hard time deciding wich gear to select.
And it's much more noticable when the box is cold.

I don't know, maybe this is normal after such an operation. Or maybe it's even placebo, but I can defenetly notice a difference since before.

Can any of you guys with tuned engines relate to this?

I haven't had mine tuned but definitely notice a difference in the DSG until the car has warmed up, especially if in 'S' mode. much more jerky than once it's warmed up.
