Hi All,
New to the forum so bear with me whilst I navigate my way around.
I purchased a 2013 1.4 SEL polo a few months back and am looking to change the suspension set up as it looks like an SUV!!
I spoke with Bilstein who recommended the B12 set up (Bilstein Dampers, Eibach Springs), has anyone fitted this kit to their polo and can offer any advice about it?
Also, does anyone know if the SEL model came lower then the normal polo as standard? When speaking with Bisltein, they said this needs to be taken into account. Apparently the B12 kit will offer a 30mm drop, not sure if this will be low enough, I have the 17inch 5spoke VW alloy wheels on it.
I am looking more for comfort in the ride, hene why they recommended the B12 kit.
Apologies if this has been answered before, I have looked but couldnt find anything on this.
I am hoping to get some pics up when I can to illustrate my point.
Thanks for any help on this.

Re: Bilstein B12 Suspension
Welcome
The SEL is standard height, so the B12 30mm drop will be sufficient. I have a B12 kit on my mk2 golf and it is very comfortable whilst offering a subtle lowering that just removes the unsightly gap
