Seriously there are other things that need paying for, like changing the colours of the sales team "uniforms" - it all costs money you know!

Re: Servicing & Extended Warranty
I had taken out the extended warranty on my up!. When I went to claim for a squeeking o/s/r damper in its 4th year (had been troublesome from just over 1 year old and they had had a couple of goes at oiling it, to no avail) I was told
a) a squeeking damper doesn't constitute a failure; only if it stops working. 'But the n/s/r one is silent' argument still was answered by 'the o/s/r one is still doing it's job'
b) extended warranty is NOT an extension of the manufacturer's warranty. It has (many?) more limitations.

Re: Servicing & Extended Warranty
It depends which version of the extended warranty you took
There’s three different choices.
