as it says anyone know what size it is?? 89 sallon 1L, looks like i need to buy some more sockets

Fraid not :( Last time I tried to unscrew it all I could work out was that it was bigger than all my metric sockets and just a bit smaller than the biggest of my AF sockets.. 1 1/2 I think it was, although I can't be sure :(
I'll get the tape measure out tomorrow morning and find out for you.

they are 30mm on the front hubs, because if you file the edge down on an old one, you can use it with a spanner (or weld it to a socket like I did) to remove the cap that holds the strutt inserts in place.

I removed the rear hub nuts on mine last night, but used an adjustable spanner, so Im not sure but think its about 25mm
