Translating German (any) website to English.

Post by r_penny23 »

The Mrs showed me how to do this and thought I'd let you guys know (if you didnt already) as I thought it was bloody great.

If you do find a site and its German, and like myself you paid no attention at school and are not fluent in it or any other language try using BabelFish (www.babelfish.altervista.com). All you then do is cut and paste the address into the 'Translate a page' section, change to translate from german to english and the jobs a good un! Its quite good also if you want to buy stuff of german ebay too! So no one has any excuses to lag behind the 'fatherland' anymore.

Enjoy it

And for the extremely lazy amongst us; i.e. those with the Google Toolbar installed -- just right-click on the page and choose "Translate into English" from the popup menu.
