Polo GTI 6R Resonator delete?

Hi!

Been thinking of getting a resonator delete on my GTI, as I'd just prefer it a touch louder but don't want to go over the top and sound silly!

Has anyone on here done this? If so, how much did it cost? And has anyone got a vid of how it sounds after??

Have you wondered why that particular component is fitted and worked out what if any parameters will have to be changed if it is removed?

Not a trick question, just the curiosity of an aged petrol head.
