What is this part from the boot called?

Hi Guys
I recently helped my father in law purchase a Polo but as his was lower spec'd than mine it didnt come with a rear boot floor mat (As I believe they're called)
As in one of these things

So I purchased him one, but without realising that his Polo also needs the parts to hold it in place located towards the back of the rear seat

Does anyone know what these are called (There would be a driver and passengers side version) or a part number maybe so I can order him a pair?
