Map sensor (new) low voltage at open throttle

Hello to all im from Madeira Island [PT] and new on the fórum...
So here is the problem with the 1996 polo 6N 1.4 8v AEX (my first cage)

The map sensor reads near a volt or so on idle but on open throttle the volts wont rise and the sensor is new ,only when bleeping the throttle i will see 3volts but WOT will show the same Reading as at idle... the map conector seems to be in spec...
I cant find any acuum leaks, i aplied vaccum to sensor while conected in the car and voltage rises and drops... but when on the intake manifold reads as described above...

It failed MOT due to high CO readings on acceleration but passed on idle the lambda is also new...

Im lost to what to look for next anyone experience this??
