Ok, thanks for the warning.benzinkopf wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 8:00 pm“ein......Kabel”
so it should be single wire.
btw. i think i bought the same AFS wiring from the same seller last time. As the wiring is made for LHD. i have to take out the terminal pins from the 26pin afs connector and switch the position from LHD to RHD, for one reason:
1) the length of wires provided is of coz opposite for Left and Right.

Yes, but the item from tuning fanatics shop will get you the exact same wiring.ciclo wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 8:03 pm Thanks!

Re: UPGRADING BCM 6R
it may not bring any harm with the LHD or RHD as our bixenon leveling is just up & down, so it will still work. correct me if i’m wrong: but as there is adaptation settings to manually offset the motor position of each headlight, i believe it is necessary to correct that so the AFS module knows exactly the left and right headlight.

Re: UPGRADING BCM 6R
I don't think it makes a difference, in ELSA there are no different wirings for left and right hand drive with respect to the AFS wiring.benzinkopf wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 8:15 pm it may not bring any harm with the LHD or RHD as our bixenon leveling is just up & down, so it will still work. correct me if i’m wrong: but as there is adaptation settings to manually offset the motor position of each headlight, i believe it is necessary to correct that so the AFS module knows exactly the left and right headlight.

I'd connect the headlights for a RHD polo the same way as a LHD.

Re: UPGRADING BCM 6R
The cable you show I think belongs to the ABS sensor/rpm y and obviously the grommet is not the same as this,
![Image](https://i32.servimg.com/u/f32/18/94/39/39/dsc_0012.jpg)
Searching in ETKA:
If I select the Polo made in Europe this is the result,
![Image](https://i32.servimg.com/u/f32/18/94/39/39/110.jpg)
If I select the Polo made in India this is the result,
![Image](https://i32.servimg.com/u/f32/18/94/39/39/210.jpg)
Therefore, you must find another place to route the wires for AFS sensor.
I don't know if anyone in India did this work in its Polo 6R.
I think iichel used another route for the AFS sensor wires in his 6R.

Re: UPGRADING BCM 6R
Yep the same here. I just punched through it and sealed it against water.
