Guys and gals
I'm sure that the air vents in the dash should stay put but mine seem to move of their own accord (vertical movement only) and appear so light to move with a touch I wondered if there should be some sort of friction material in there to damp down the response?
Daft question I know but its starting to get on my t**s - vents all happily pointing in the right direction the next min wrong direction.
Ta in advance

Hmmm thanks for the suggestion but I'm not sure - the plastic is in excellent condition... The vents are nice and positive on the adjustment in the horizontal pane - it's just the vertical that sucksKarlM wrote:the only thing i can think of is its probably just the plastic starting to perish and lose its tight fit.
new vents is what I'd suggest...
Sorry I couldn't help more
- the ones on my LC have felt pads around the pin/dowls to damp the action - so i might have to adopt a similar approach
- I just wonder if anyone else had the same problem?
