but on a negative note - who had the stupidity to do THIS to a VW, a golf at that! I hope you found the owner and gave him a good kicking!

Sissor doors appear to be the new black!!!!!

I was dissappointed with Trax I've been for the last 5 years

Down sides for me

Were the track session I was on got redflagged half way through due to some berk spinning off while trying to showboat his lack of drifting skills to the crowd at Luffield.

Found some picks of said individual "Copyright migweb"

This was on the second lap - good drifting style

Image

Not so good if you bin it and then have to answer to 30 other club members who paid for a full session and got rather shortchanged cos you were up to your axles in kitty litter - so we didn't see him back at the club area again strangely!!!!

Image

Getting asked for me membership card to some obscure cruizing club when I stopped in the area next to the Scotts car (Skoda Group) to pick up the wheels by some officious little b***h who though some POS Opel was raining on her parade!!!!

Upside for me were

Meeting Scott (ICYPOLO) & picking up me BBS Split rim GTi alloys

The Monza was running really well - I'd finally got the tyre pressures and suspension set up right this year to get the car perfectly balanced - good grip at the front and when the limit was reached the car slid progressively at both ends together (which is just how I like it). Up to that point the marshalls red flagged it and in amongst 30 or so GSi Carltons Senator 24V's and LC's plus the Odd Omega MV6 and a BMW I had only been overtaken by one Lotus carlton and a BMW M3 CSL and they had started right behind me

According to spectators - mine was the only car they could hear hitting the limiter but then It has a straight thro system with some very debtable silencing.......

Getting a cheer when I started it up in the pit lane after nearly all the other cars had started already - damm that thing is loud - maybe I do need to increase the size of the centre boxes from 4inch diameter and 8 inches long.......

Weather was good!!!!
