Suspension Upgrade - Without Affecting Ride Height

Hi everyone,
wondering if I could have some help with the suspension on my Polo R-Line.
At the moment it makes quite a loud squeaking noise when going over bumps which I think could be due to a worn dampener?

If I'm going to replace some of the suspension components to stop the noise I thought I may as well look at some aftermarket options like the Bilstein B12 Pro Kit.
I like the look of the kit but it lowers the car by at-least 25mm.
Sadly where I live the roads are pretty bad with lots of potholes and speed bumps so I want to avoid lowering the car. has anyone been able to upgrade their suspension without having to lower the ride height?
