Spark Plugs for 6R GTI

[*]Hi guys haven't posted on here in a while just need some help.. Looking at changing my spark plugs but cant find the NGK spec plugs on the NGK website. Is there any body with links to the plugs to use or uprated plugs??

Hi,
I've had issues with my plugs wearing out after a few months. Do you know of heavier duty plugs for a 1.2 6R? I assume my 3 cylinder engine runs hot. I'm really struggling to find anything.
