At the same time, I don't see how they could stop you from going to the see the car and dealing with the other branch direct.
I've seen so much bad press about AC, but have only had good experiences with them myself.
Currently get good service from AC Kia in Aberdeen, despite the car being bought elsewhere.
I'm beginning to see another side to them here though, what a shambles.
