Anti roll bar bushes

Has any had their anti roll bar bushes changed to poly bushes on the gti. Just wanted to know what mm ones to get without having to measure the bar

Which PR-code does your car have: 0AR or 0AS for your Front stabilizer?

Its the 6c gti 2015 5 door
Can i find the pr code without having to look at the stabilizer, its not in the service book
