Another dashboard swap?

hi guys, today I received my seat toledo dashboard , sw version 0711 , hw01.

this is my board , I have already modified the welcome logo (thx MaDwArLoCk post) ,I took the opportunity to "play with it" I wanted to get a vw logo in 2d / 3d as a seat but nothing, if someone can find the following results:

some questions, how do I change the language from Spanish to English (maybe Italian?: D), can I program keys for immobilizer with carprog 8.21 online? (I've seen yes), or another tool that doesn't cost as much as the car? : P

I started to see if everything worked at least electronically, the main part is remains : programming the keys and inserting the electronics in the original case (the one in Toledo is bigger).
