Servicing Schedule
Servicing Schedule
Morning all. Does anyone have a table of the servicing schedule. What gets inspected and changed when?

Re: Servicing Schedule
Maybe buy a Haynes workshop manual as they tend to list most maintenance things.
Based on my way of working with a petrol engined car:- year 1 = oil + oil filter, year 2 = same plus pollen filter, year 3 = oil + oil filter + brake fluid , year 4 = same plus spark plugs and air filter + pollen filter, year 5 = oil + oil filter + cambelt if fitted > etc etc.
Assumptions being up to 10K miles a year.
Edit:- depending on its age, servicing the brakes every other year is being very smart!

OK cheers. I didn't realise they were still bringing out Haynes manuals.

As long as your car is a 6R and not a 6C, though they don't include the TSI engines - yet.necronaut wrote: Sat Jun 01, 2019 4:10 pm OK cheers. I didn't realise they were still bringing out Haynes manuals.

Re: Servicing Schedule
You could try having a little look here. I've used it in the past to hunt down information. I've not looked at any of the servicing information as yet, so don't know what is an is-not listed. It's only 7 Euros for an hours access. You just need to be a bit organised so you can download the PDF's you need as it takes a while to work out how to find information and navigate the site.
