Does the GTI 2019 has a front camera built in?
If yes I want to know - if with changing codes I can activate the lane assist.

Not that I'm aware of unless you mean a dash cam? VW uses radar sensors in the front afaik,

"As VW’s Lane Assist option isn’t an option on any Polo model, I doubt VW would want to incur the additional cost of fitting the rear view mirror that incorporates the Lane Assist road monitoring camera".
