I have a polo gti 2016 with a IS20 turbo fitted which I believe is from or the same as the golf gti.
It recently started going into limp mode and a EPC light showing on the dash, took it for diognostics and the reading states “actuator fault”.
Vw and other main dealers want 1000+ for a new turbo and actuator as they say it comes as one and is connected. Obvs I look elsewhere and read that you can buy them separate but are hard to find.
I’ve read that the actuator from the normal polo gti turbo are a direct replacement??
Anyone had these issues or knows what actuator will fit my turbo, or even know where to buy
