GTI+ Ride Quality and Black Roof

^^^Thanks SRGTD for stopping to check that out. Due to the lack of response of owners with one (other than Blackpug) I was continuing to live in hope that it might be painted!! Your photo confirms beyond doubt that it's a decal and not a particularly good one at that - as you say, it would have been a lot nicer if it had extended fully to the edges. Oh well for £50 including the black mirror caps, which would been added straightaway, I can't complain. My order is also reef blue with the black roof/mirrors so do you, by any chance, have a shot that shows the whole roof so I can form a better view of how it looks?

No, sorry I don’t have a shot that shows the whole roof. The car in question is currently up for sale - link below - but the dealer pictures don’t really show the roof. You can see the black mirror caps though.

I’m not keen on the optional Art Velours interior that this car’s got - IMO the standard Jacara chequered upholstery is much nicer and is more in keeping with the VW GTI heritage.
