Just after a little bit of advice please.
I own a 66 plate BlueGt with a ( interior?) rattle (..ukcing annoying !!).
There is still 2 months left on my 3 year warranty. Does the warranty cover such things as rattles ??
(i'd sort it myself, but just cant find it...)

Re: BlueGT, rattle and warranty
On the basis that many wear and tear items and mechanical adjustments are only covered for the first six months / 6,500 miles (whichever is soonest) under VW’s 3 year new car warranty, I doubt rectification of a rattle would be covered nearly three years after first registration.
I don’t know if I’d want a dealer to rip parts of the interior trim out of my car to cure a rattle. They’d probably cause additional rattles, with the risk that they might also damage some of the interior trim panels in the process.
If I had a rattle that’s difficult to find, I’d get a friend to sit in the car in the general area of the noise while I was driving, and get them to locate the source of the rattling noise. Alternatively, get a friend or family member to drive your car while you track down the source of the noise.

" I’d get a friend to sit in the car in the general area of the noise while I was driving" - tried that - the 'friend' couldn't help (rubbish !
)
"get a friend or family member to drive your car while you track down the source of the noise." -- that's my next thing to do
the first part of your reply makes sense - thanks for the advice, which I will follow
