Hey.!
My name is Ruben and i am from The Netherlands. I am new on this forum and i have got a 6R BlueGT in Silk Blue.
Mods:
- foglights installed
- chrome exhaust tips.
- software changed for engine and DSG. Now 191HP and 318NM.
- cleaned R-line frontbumper.
- painted foglight covers, grill, front splitter and rear defuser gloss black.
- airlift 3p airride installed.
- BBS RSII rims (17 inch, 5x100 original) white powdercoated hart and gloss black centerlock.
I would hate to see that bumper after you have driven over a speed hump or a pothole!
It's on airride!
Looks Dope, need that R line bumper for my 6c GT

Airrex Air Ride
Kill All Wipers Delete Kit
Miltek Cat Back non res exhaust
Tints all round
15mm & 20mm Spacers
Genuine Arm Rest
Black Badges
Nankang 195/40/17 Tires
LED Indicators (Coming)
Wheels (Coming)
I added genuine vw wrc mirror covers and red vinyl stickers to the GTI badges and steering wheel logo's
Scuffed one of my paraoblic alloy wheels Decided to have a go at a DIY fix and gave it a good sanding/metal polish and re-laquer. It's noticeable, I didn't buff the wheel enough so it's not as shiny but I'm a lot happier with it than with the scuff.

Had my polo lowered with the Eibach OEM lowering kit 25-30mm, feels much better to drive now IMO compared to stock springs
Looks great! How is the ride quality, particularly over potholes and speed bumps, compared with the old springs?

Handling wise feels much better, less lean in corners, ride is a little harsher when going over bumps but not uncomfortable at all, speed bumps aren't a problem I just make sure I slow down enough for them just incase,

Hey! Do you have photos of the brake cooling air ducts? It would be nice if you created your own topic with all the info.
