Rear Boot Floor Help

Hi All. Can’t find a thread on this, excuse me if there is. I’ve recently picked up a rear boot floor and brackets from a polo (2012) and I’m trying fit it into mine (2013) but the screws appear to be to long and the holes not in the right location. Any thoughts? Thanking you in advance for your help

That is annoying, as I've only got a 2015 Polo with that extra level floor, I'll leave this to a helpful 6R Polo of the same age to answer, while pushing this thread back up list!

Oh, and welcome to this forum! (nothing deflates a new member than their first thread/post being ignored so I've tried to sort that!)
