2016 Polo GTI Coming home DRL

Hi guys,

Recently picked myself up a 2016 Polo Gti and was wondering if there is anyway I can set the DRL to turn on when I unlock the car?

On a side note, the speedo leds only turn on with the headlights, anyway these can be changed to stay on permently?
