Vw polo TPK touch music

Hello,

Wondering if anyone could help.... I've got a 13 plate polo, it's got a tpk touch music installed, I had a iPhone which is connected no problem, I've just upgraded my phone to a Samsung now it's all connected, BUT after around 30seconds the tpk device will just keep restarting It's self? Has anyone else come across this is so what was the problem?
