What headunit do you have? Does your car actually have bluetooth?

have a look beneath the driver and passenger seat for a black box, size is about 5x5x1 inch. this is the location of the bluetooth module, if your car has one from factory. not all cars have it though, it is not standard equipment.

hi. not sure what you mean by “its locked”. hurm. if there’s a Bluetooth module, then maybe you need to delete the previous paired devices and pair your phone again. If i’m not mistaken, the module do have limit of paired devices. Perhaps its full from previous owner.

I don't think that's a bluetooth module on your photo. It should be on the floor and not mounted on the seat. I'm also a bit puzzled why the connectors of your seat are hanging there loosely, the yellow one for example should be firmly clicked into the seat.

The bluetooth module should look something like this:

Perhaps you can have a look in your MFD in your instrument cluster to see if there is a phone option.
