Tips/advices
It is of the utmost importance:
- The contact terminal must be in perfect condition and perfectly crimped to the wire. Microscopic protrusions in the terminal structure due to crimp, can make it impossible to insert the terminal. Especially when having to exceed the groove for the violet/pink locking mechanism.
- Insert the contact terminal into the slot as straight as possible.
- Never damage the plastic structure of the slot due to trying to push the terminal with tools for removing terminals.
It's a task that you must take with great patience, the results are worth it. Good luck.

Prise for that part includes new stalks and cables. You can make cables yourself and buy only stalks to lower prise... even more buttons can be made cheaper, there are no chips inside just one diode (if you can accept cheaper look)
Unfortunatelly you cant skip BCM replacement if you have x86 and want to have original one. You can search for used BCM (from cars after accidents). If you want to confirm it, disconnect battery and than first socket from BCM and you will see missing pins in place CC would go.
You can also go different route not described here and get CC which plugs to gas pedal + odb socket. In such case ODB2 is used to read speed and voltage from gas pedal is simulated.
Summary for CC pins in ECU:
1.2 TSI and 1.4TSI are using pin 45
1.6 MPI pin 24
1.2 HTP pin 69
1.6 TDI pin 64
Hey, i have 2010 fabia 1.9tdi manual, i retrofitted cruise control. Diagrams show t81a/pin 14 is for the white wire.
But once i looked at it its taken by black/light green colored wire. All the rest is installed, the stalk buttons work , checked via vcds. Do you have an idea how to solve it?

Are you sure you follow the correct instructions?
Diesel engine cars should connected to pin 64 on the ECU according to Skoda instructions

Hi. My name is Mateus, I'm from Brazil and I have a Up! TSI and I'm trying to install cruise control. As most of one knows that the Up and 6R shares many of components, I bought the ccs wiring for polo on aliexpress and I have installed in the car, but before I change the Long coding on BCM and ECU appears these errors. I'm using the pin 45 on ECU. The switch ON/CANCEL/OFF doesn't send or receive signal according to VCDS but RESET and SET buttons are working appearing actived when I press them. Someone can help me?

I'm not 100% sure. I talk with a guy that told me that he installed ccs on a 2016 Speed Up! TSI in this pin and worked, but he tried on the same version that mine and doesn't worked. he use a 6R 1.2 tsi diagram and photos on this forum as base like me. The link below shows what happens with buttons and we don't have the official diagram for this car.

Hello Mateus. Welcome.
It is highly likely that the T94/45 pin is not the one indicated for CCS in your ECU (CYTA). I don't have the official diagrams for this ECU because it is a specific engine unit for Brazil and probably other places other than Europe.
However, due to the different generations of ECUs used for petrol engines (R3 1.0 TSI) there are two more likely ECU pins for CCS:
- First try the T94/56 pin (CHxx --->) and if it doesn't work try the T94/61 pin (---> DKxx).

The behavior of the switches you have shown is normal when the communication is not correct (it is not the correct ECU pin).
BCM = YES but ECU = NOT.

I've tried to fit the pin on /56 and /61 and... unfortunately nothing has been changed . The main switch continue to appear off, the cancel button appear off too and the bits continue out of standard and the same values on the video. I was thinking if it can't be something related to the software, because my software version 04C 906 026 CD and another up that I've scanned has 04C 906 026 J version (but doesn't have CCS too) and in CD version my vcds can't read the long coding helper and in J version can, the hardware its the same version on both. Another guy told me to test on pin 62, but I decide to talk to you first and wait. I guess that is possible that problem is related with the software, I don't have any friend that have a Up! equipped with CCS to do the compare the wiring position or software version.
PS: I'm sorry if my english is not good to understand, but I'm learning to get fluent one day.

R3 1.0 TSI CYTA engine is a version sold in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, among others (American countries), I have the wiring diagrams for all the UP versions except for your engine.
MPI versions = T56/29 (up) or T94/23 (polo 6C).
TSI versions = T94/56 or T94/61
* Depends on manufacturing dates. (and ECU type)
The most likely for your engine due to the manufacturing dates is 56.
Your CD software is more up to date than J, I think both versions of software support CCS.
I don't think it's pin 62, maybe in the following link the one that tried to help you meant pin 61.

I've used this diagram to install the CCS with diferences at terminal fuse, that was inserted on a terminal that was ready to use but without any fuse so, I put the pin and a 5A fuse on terminal 28 or 29, I don't remember well, and the pin on ECU before what you told me to do. I removed de locking mechanism before to insert the pin and put back and checked if it was locked. Before to install the wiring, I have tested the continuity and it was working. This is more difficult that I was thinking.

That is the diagram that I have used. The diferences are on the terminal at fusebox that i insert on terminal 28 or 29 ( I don't remember well) and the pin on ecu that was 45 like polo 1.2 tsi. I've tested the continuity of wiring before install it and it was working. Do you think if the fuse terminal can be one of the problems? Because that is the biggest difference compared with the wiring. I removed the locking mechanism before insert the pin and after insert the locking mechanism I checked if the pin was locked too.

The difficulty is that your CYTA engine is sold in America and erWin doesn't even have it available to download the diagrams.
IMHO would recommend that you go to a VW dealer and request this information. All the operator/mechanic has to do is search the correct ECU pin for CCS on their computers.
It is a 0.5 sec task (easy) if the operator/mechanic knows what he is looking for.
I am afraid that the SC28 and SC29 fuse box slots are 'terminals' with a +30 signal and the cruise control must be with a +15 signal.
+30 signal = with ignition switch OFF.
+15 signal = with ingition switch ON. (*)
For VW UP, the fuse box slots with a +15 signal are usually SC 1,2,3,4,5. ...at least until 2018, but your UP is 2020 (Model Year 'L' ... VIN: 9BWAH4127LT501299), so you must use a multimeter to locate a +15 signal (wire to connect/splice the CCS feed wire) in the fuse box because your fuse box may not be the same due to the manufacturing dates.
If you want, take a clear photo of your fuse box and show it here.

I don't know how I can take this information about the signal. You can teach me how to do that using a multimeter?

Your fusebox image edited with the crap from Windows 10 tools.
Two wires reach this fuse SC5, one is black (INPUT - SC5B -) and the other is black-gray (OUTPUT - SC5A -) and you must connect the CCS power wire to the output wire (SC5A).
A or B should be engraved on the plastic on the back of the fuse box.
This fuse is dedicated to powering the reverse light switch (for future reference).
I think it is a good place to connect the CCS power, the other first four fuses are occupied by various important devices or connectors.

Bad news. I put the cable in the output wire and... nothing has been changed. The values still the same and the main switch continue to not response as in the vídeo. A man that was helping me with this told me that I need to take a license to active the function via ODIS and another man told me that my software version won't be able to activate the function and because of this I will need to copy the software from a Up! that have cruise control enable from the factory to use the file to change my ecu. Two wires reach this fuse SC5, one is black (INPUT - SC5B -) and the other is black-gray (OUTPUT - SC5A -) and you must connect the CCS power wire to the output wire (SC5A).
A or B should be engraved on the plastic on the back of the fuse box.
This fuse is dedicated to powering the reverse light switch (for future reference).
I think it is a good place to connect the CCS power, the other first four fuses are occupied by various important devices or connectors.
