Is a passenger airbag off retrofit for 6c available?

Hi folks,

Has anyone looked at a passenger airbag off switch retrofit, I would think it’s electrical signal to bcm / airbag module via dash switch, iichel you any info on wiring or coding?

I can provide you with the schedule, but I am unsure about any coding or modules for the Polo 6C.

Could you upload a separate attachment files as only 1 can be viewed, but looks like the switch interrupts a feed and replaces signal with switch inbuilt resistance That the airbag control module ready on plug T50 wire position 45.

So will need a tie into the airbag feed 12 volt wire, a wire going to position 45 and 12 volts for illumination and an earth for night illumination.

Anyone willing to pull this switch out of the dash and record what wires you have for comparison.?

This is the wiring for the 6C. Physically it's the same switch as on the 6R (and many other vehicles).

So, got the light for the dash, arrived safely, the switch I got was toast as sounded like a shaker with loose bit so another one enroute.

Ciclo, would you be able to make the wiring for my 6c similar to you did for your retro fit at all, I also would like to buy a rain sensor / dimming rear mirror upgrade retro wiring for my 6c, but would ask to see if you could supply, you standard is hard to match in wiring.

So glovebox replacement switch arrived, need a plug for this switch anyone got one with wiring tails at all? for wiring and some connectors to suit the abs plug and then have to make up a loom
