MFSW from Golf

Hi, im in the porcess of chaninging my BCM to support my MFSW wheel with DSG paddels, however i came across a issue when researching.

I have a wheel from a golf 7.5 gti, it has ACC on the wheel,
My car has CC on the stalk, i have read that if i use a wheel with ACC on my car that doesnt have ACC that no buttons will work, is this true?

Wont just the CC buttons not work or will no buttons including the DSG paddles work because i have no ACC?

I have bought the wheel new with the airbag about 1 month ago i cant return it so i dont know what im going to do, if i do find a new wheel can i not just get one without the ACC but with CC buttons, i dont intend to use the CC buttons, but because i have CC on the stalk does that mean it will still cause issues?

No CC button will work but the others will work fine

I have attached the wheel that i have installed, so you say it will work then, just the CC buttons wont work?

There is an adaptor box that you can install in your car and I think will have crouse control buttons from the steering wheel work.

Check @ciclo thread on his 6R. On his last posts he might have more info

Exantas, thank you for your input, I don't want to use the Cruise controls on the wheel so it's no problem for me, as long as the media buttons and DSG tabs work then I'm happy.
