Hello!
Been reading this forum for some time, now I have an issue I need help with.
I bought full led tail lights (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2zSR9buhhc) for my Polo 1.2 TSI 2010 and installed them
As soon as I turn on any lights, I get an error and that is really anoying.
So anoying that I am even thinking of returning them if I can removed the error.
Question is - how can I remove the error?
I think one can do it with VCDS, telling the car to ignore these specific faults (am I right?), but I dont have access to such expensive tool+software.
Is there any cheaper app or something else that can hide this error forever?

Re: Hiding error after full led tail light retrofit
I don't think it's possible with vcds for the tail lights

Re: Hiding error after full led tail light retrofit
It is possible with VCDS, but it depends on several factors. (BCM and Led Taillights models) ... Byte19 'EF' Hex
In any case, a BCM diagnosis is necessary with some type of diagnostic tool.
