Found this part but don't know what it is.

Just joined the forum after buying my 2013 1.2 Polo match from my son.
The heater resistor needed replacing so I did this but after pulling down the insulation behind the glovebox a small piece of soft plastic dropped out. I haven't got a clue what it is or even if it belongs to he car. I have attached photos. Cab anyone tell me what this is?

I can almost make out some maker's initials or trade mark on the lower picture, probably not a VW Group part, just part of something a previous owner fitted temp to that car then removed before trading it in.

It goes between a switch front (my guess: TPMS) and the PCB of the switch
