Fuse 25
Fuse 25
Hello! New to the forum and I have a question immediately
so it started out with a blown fuse on nr25 high pressure sender, heater control unit, radiator fan control unit, air condition system control unit and so on... Changed it, worked half a day, changed it again worked one day... But now it blows as soon as I turn the ignition on. Anyone have any ideas or do I just have to start looking through all the wires?

Re: Fuse 25
Oh Lord ... vehicle electrical faults...
I'd start by unplugging each individual unit one at a time, then do the ignition test with only one of the units unplugged, if the fuse didn't blow then that's the unit being faulty. But just seeing all these control units mentioned is freaky as most likely they're all in inaccessible places.
The one that does stand out in that crowd is the radiator fan control unit. Might be the actual fan itself drawing too much current unnecessarily.
See if you can unplug the fan at the radiator and then see if the fuse still blows. Don't go driving without a fan connected though. You did say it blows immediately so that should be fine while testing.

Re: Fuse 25
The fan should be working I think, since I drove it home today.. About 65km in 26 degrees Celsius! Checked and the coolant was at normal temperature ~94c. Should have been overheating in my opinion with city and highway cruising?
