OKAY DOKAY!

Who the hell knows how to wire up fogs?

i bout some VAG ones on ebay, Â£26.50

now one half of me says just wire them straight to the battery and put a fuse in line and a switch inside the mota
but the other half wants them in rite! how the hell do i do this?
i.e. the relay, the switch, the wires and where to run them and how!

please please please could you fix it for me?

whoever helps get one of these bad boys!

can't help you on the wiring but I can tell you don't do it without a relay!

if you did it that way, the current going to the lights would be going through your switch! kaboom.

you should be able to use your current headlight switch for the fogs. i guess you should be able to get the wiring loom from vag too? this will take the wires from your switch to the relay, which in turn will turn on the fogs using a high power circuit.

i wouldn't risk it myself without the proper kit. you might be able to get a universal one from somewhere - where the high power comes straight off the battery to the relay and then to the fogs.
