Looking at 1.8T but got a "few" questions

hi,
i have a 1.2 65bhp 03reg polo and i am wanting to get a new engine for it but am unsure what can fit in the new polo shapes?

i have been looking at the 1.8T but dont know which 1s will fit and what the differences are between them e.g.bhp, etc..
are the 1.8T turbo or supercharged?
how easy it is to install? e.g.extra parts, fittings, etc..
and what kind of prices am i looking at for the engine?
and what are the prices to get them installed?
this is roughly of course

also when the engine is installed does it run like it did in the original car it was taking from?
or does it run alot more rough?

oh 1 other thing what price am i looking at for insurance?
i mean what are other people paying?
