Light signal on door panels

Hi,
I need to take the light signal from all door panels of my polo 6r. The signal that turn on when i turn on the headlights. Can you help me? :?:

Do you mean the signal that illuminates the door mounted switches?

Yes, that's okay too. I need to know the number of the cable and the voltage, to buy leds with same voltage.

take the grey and blue wire to the knobs, that is the illumination signal. it works on 12V but decreases when dimmed.
