Vibrational noise driver side over 2,000 revs

So recently I have been getting some vibration noise on the driver side when engine revs are over 2,000 this can be whilst stationary and whilst driving. All the major components such as the timing belt have been checked as well as heat shields but still can’t seem to locate the cause for the vibration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
