Help! My daughter’s Polo. Passenger door electric window totally non responsive, thankfully in the shut position. Car’s manual has no fuse positions. VW dealer would not help over the phone - wanted the car booked in. From this forum I have identified fuse location and swapped ones to check - fuse is ok. Ordered a new switch. Changed. Still not working. Ordered electric motor. Swapped. Not working. Wiring all looks fine. No obvious reason for it not to work. All advice very gratefully received. THANKS.

Dont try but inspect via diagnostics. If you go changing parts on blind you will waste a lot of money!
