As the title says, I was wondering if there is any way to get power from the light switch.
I was looking into buying RGB LEDs for the footwells and found this kit online with 4 rgb strips for each seat and a remote to change colors. This would be plugged into the cigar lighter socket, but I currently use that for my samsung fastcharger.
I thought about getting power from the light switch and only have them powered when the low beam was on, it it was possible...
Is there any way to get 12V from the light switch?

Of course you can,
If you have the big plug light switch , splice the grey/blue wire that goes to T17a/17
and if you have the smal plug on light switch , splice the grey/blue wire that goes to T10s/10.
Check with a multimeter before instalation.

these are positive wires , connect the ground wire anywhere that suits you.
make proper connections , insulate everything afterwards.

I'll definitely try and figure out how to use a fuse with this.
