By the way, when i did the wire job for the autolight, I noticed that, the wire for the original t17/3 wasn't there on my car..

I can see, that if, it had been there it's connected to A9 and then to fuse SB9 / SB39.

Maybe this only applies for cars that original has H4 headlamps or lower bcm to start with..

Should I install that wire connection any way? :roll:

3 is the DRL wire. It is not always necessary to have it in BCM max.

Hello!

Here is an update!
Its working somewhat now..

Lightswitch:
0 = LED on
Auto = LED on, no low beam
Parking light = all lights off
Low beam = Led off, low beam on

On all settings, I can flash high beam, but not turn it on constantly. No cornering lights either
Low beam level regulation, and interior dimmer is not responding either

This is a diagram that I made a long time ago and that you must follow for your Bixenon headlights wires installation.

NoTe: :)
Pay special attention to the wires for the Parking / side lights, your 6R BlueMotion has the wires in the headlight connectors for these lights but they are not appropriate. You must isolate them and install new ones from the BCM to the new T14 connectors. As indicated in the diagram.

When you have done it exactly as indicated in the diagram, we will code your 7E0 BCM and RLS for Bixenon and Autolights. :wink:

Hi jiimien,

Things to keep in mind:
- The new CAN lines for powertrain are not the same as the new CAN lines for the IC.
With 7E0 BCM the CAN lines for IC are independent of the CAN lines for powertrain.

All can wires is done, IC, Convenience, powertrain and diag.

Wires for 10-14 connector and autolights loom is done too, all done according to your diagrams :D

So Im all set for coding 7E0 Bcm and RLS for Bixenon and Autolights.

My current issues right is:

That help a lot, still a few issues:

Lightswitch:
0 = LED on ---- ok :D
Auto = LED on, no low beam -- not ok :cry:
Parking light = dimmed led --- ok 8)
Low beam = Led dimmed, low beam on --- ok 8)

On all settings, I can flash high beam, but not turn it on constantly :shock: . No cornering lights either
Low beam level regulation, and interior dimmer is not responding either.
No Ch or lh, unless I do manual, by flashing high beam

Also there is some new error codes :shock:

Check that a wire black/green reaches T73b/11. Take a picture of the fuse box.
Check/Set BCM adaptation channels 53 and 54 to 0 in case the values are 1. That is, from 1 to 0 in both cases.
In case you have installed LED lamps in some of the lights, tell us where you installed them and the exact model.

Your 6R is missing the SB57 fuse, the SB57 output wire feeds the BCM for the SCLs and Backup lights as per autoscan.

Easy.
Fortunately your 6R has an empty slot for the SB44 fuse.
Install a 1.0-1.5mm2 wire from SB44b to T73b/11 and put a 15A fuse on SB44.

I imagine your high beams are now working properly ... :?:

That helped out 1 error, still one remaining though.

So still not able to control dimming or LWR.
No high beam :roll: (only highway flash)

I am maybe too used to autolights from MQB, but shouldnt it be able to turn on the low beam, when its dark enough?

And another thing :?:
Shouldnt there be some backlight at the top buttons?
