Anthracite Montani Alloy Refurb

Post by lukethomas1197 »

Hi Guys,

After a year of owning my polo Blue GT I have slightly curbed an alloy. My alloys are anthracite grey so ive talked to a few people and they don't want to refurb them without a paint code. Does anyone know the paint code I might need, or a place in Peterborough that might offer a refurb for them?

Thanks in advance.

If your wheels are the darker of the two colours that the Montani alloys were available in, then the part numbers listed at the link below suggest the colour code is Z49 - grey metallic - (the last three digits of the part number) and colour code 88Z for the silver coloured version.

Breakdown of VW part number, explaining how to interpret it at the link below - confirms the last three digits relate to the colour code (if there is a colour code);

Thank you so much for the reply. Its immensely helpful. But yes my wheels are the darker of the two, I believe they came factory like that.
