Yes I remember from the other experiments. I'll inform you. Do you have any Erwin pdfs for this Ibiza?

I know its been a while but do you remember what part numbers you combined ?
If i am not mistaken the 5ND switches has screws on the back of the switch but the 5G0 has locking tabs.

I don't remember but I had a look, it was 5GG941431D. Which is probably an Aliexpress part, but can't say for sure.

MFSW to T73b/36 + byte 29 bit 6 = fail too with 4B in the gateway installation list.

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.2TDI Bluemotion --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
ciclo, do you know anything about the MFSW codings (so the E221 module itself) for 5K0/6C0/5G0 buttons?
So far I've only been able to identity byte 0 bit 0 (DSG paddles installed) and bit 7 (PQ/MQB platform) in the 5G0 wheels.
Byte 0 bit 5 seems to be 1 all the time, while bit 6 seems to be 0 all the time.
I haven't discovered yet why sometimes the values are FF FF for byte 1/2 or 00 00. There doesn't seem to be a pattern.

Some time ago I did a study about it, but now I can't find the file ... sorry.iichel wrote: ↑Mon Apr 05, 2021 8:14 pm ciclo, do you know anything about the MFSW codings (so the E221 module itself) for 5K0/6C0/5G0 buttons?

The important coding is in Byte0, ... what you have already mentioned - DSG and platforms -, and for the speed control system buttons - Yes/no: CCS, ACC, and other small differences in button configuration -.
Also some time ago I tested FF and 00 for Bytes 1 and 2 on the 6R and also in my wife's Golf for the sports steering wheels that I installed and there were no differences in performance, nor were there any faults in the Autoscan.
I have normally found that FF was used for sports steering wheels and 00 for standard steering wheels but it doesn't seem to be relevant.
In MQB, these modules are currently self-coding when installed.

Love the white LED conversion inside do you know which led’s you have used for the buttons like ESP, Heated Window etc? Been trying loads of LED’s but cannot get it to work.. or did you use any resistors?

Today my new Mirabeau wheels received their TPMS sensors too. Great thanks to my local tire service company. They always help me well with alignment and tire changes.
