Polo GTI 6R 1.8 TSI Swirl flap delete? And other questions.

Hi people, Bought my first Polo GTI some months back (66 plate) and have been wondering if its worth doing a swirl flap delete as people do them on some golfs. Unless they aren't a problem on the 1.8 or don't even have swirl flaps?

Also has anyone fitted AP coilovers and had problems with the front shocker dust covers?

Fitting a sub with the factory stereo, Anyone had problems? Fitted mine with a cheap line converter that was already in the car but the sub wasn't producing any bass. All powered up. Spoke to source sounds in chappletown and they told me to get a high quality sound simulator and line converter but seems like allot of hassle for a single sub.
I'd appreciate any help, Many thanks in advance.

Why would you remove the swirl flaps?

Known for breaking and getting sucked into the engine on golfs, Dont think its a problem on the polo engines. Was just curious if it was as its simple maintenance.
