Rear View Camera Installation - how easy is it?

Hi...pls assist..im from South Africa. Tryna hook up the reverse camera on my 2018 Polo Vivo. I have the exact same radio but theres NO VIDEO rca output at the back of the radio. Do you have to program/decode the radio for this reverse camera to work or is it just plug and play. Pls advise. I asking because i have seen other post where the camera does not work when reverse gear is selected. Thx

Should be possible, what MIB unit do you have? You will need at least MIB 2 for this retrofit. Post the device part number in here from the System Information page in one of the settings menu pages if unsure. Think if you hold Menu button it will take you straight there. Also do you have Parking Sensors? Are you looking to install High (moving guidelines) or Low Line (static guidelines)?
