As @amer6r has said, they’re standard parts.

However, I’m puzzled as to why you’d want to do this. Personally, from an aesthetic point of view, I think the fog lights improve the front end appearance of the Polo, even if you don’t use them. The only 6r Polos that didn’t get front fog lights as standard were the entry level ‘S’ model or - for some strange reason - cars fitted with optional bi-xenon headlamps (the later 6c Polo Blue GT with optional bi-xenon headlamps did get front fog lights though), so you’d be converting the front of your car to look like a lower spec base model car.

I maybe wrong but as far as I’m aware, the outer sections of the lower grille on the white car in your pictures aren’t actually fog light covers; that car is the entry level base model Polo S and the blank outer lower grille sections were fitted to cars instead of fog lights, rather than cover them up, so it might not be possible to fit those blanking panels and leave the fog lights in place.

As said seems like a backwards move to me deleting the front fogs making it look like a lower spec car
