Hello.
I have this DCC Sports select in my 2015 1.2 TSI 110 HP POLO.
The thing is that i had a knocking rattle sound from the left back of the car.
I then changed the shock absorber and i still have the same problem. The strange thing is that when the DCC sport select is turned on the this sound and rattle disappears.
Any one with some knowledge what this could be about ?

When you activate the sport mode it adjusts the suspension & tightens various other bits up as you may already know!? Well i assume yours has the electric cable on the strut rod!?
It could have been the bump stop dampers worn & deteriorating, they perish quick with constant hard cornering & going round roundabouts fast making them weak & rip apart which stops them maintainig their correct lengh properly, i had to replace mine as they had virtually ripped in half lol but the problem with replacing them is if you have electronic supsension ie:sport mode you have to take the rear suspension struts off unplug the sensor adapter attached , use a teminal block key to remove the adapter off the cable so you can take the bump stop dampers off the struts as the hole is not big enough to slide past the adapter .
As i found out after a lot of head scratching n effin & blindin
i had them off & on the car 3 times before i realized i wernt gona get them off that easy , i eventually got the key tool & a special strut rod nut ratchet/spanner to do it & sorted the issue out .
