2014 polo 6r 8k PDC malfunction

Hi,

I'm retrofitting an 7N0919475 8k module into my 2014 polo 6r that came stock with an 6R0919475 4k module.

When I activate the 8k with the switxh I get a long beep for about 5 seconds and the the switch just flashes, same if I go into reverse.

I have checked all sensor wiring, switch wiring, and speakers. But the issue still persists.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe 7N0 is a correct PDC controller for PQ25, you should use the 7E0.

Do you have an autoscan of the car from VCDS or another diagnostic tool? I'm sure it will tell some more.

I don't think a 7N0 HW module will take 7E0 firmware, but you could give it a try.
