Unfortunately, I bought the car like that, with one missing bracket...
And now the time for selling the car is coming and want to be in perfect condition.

I'm afraid that I'm with iichel with this, I tried searching for a pipe clip on a 2015 VW Polo 1.2TSI with the same "luck" or lack of it, ie that part not fitted to my wife's car but fitted to later cars was part of the group of pipes being supplied under a single part number as spare parts.

I ended up searching through a VW parts list or at least the diagrams, found a similar one had been used on an earlier Golf - ie at a time where every small part was still listed - so bought one of them, it was for a slightly bigger diameter pipe, but I wrapped car tape over the pipe to increase its size, and that worked for on that car as I was wanting to stop a low pressure fuel line rubbing against an aluminium alloy AC pipe.

9 times out of 10, if a part is available as a spare part, it will have its part number on it.
