Remove B-Pillar & C-Pillar

Hello everyone, I would like to remove my headliner and paint it black. Do we have instructions here in the forum on how to remove the b-pillar and c-pillar? Especially how do I remove the belt from the B-pillar?

just clips, under the carpet bolt for seatbelt. I cant remember but i think that you dont have to unbolt anything. just pull the seat buckle thru

Be careful not to break the sun visor clips you have to pry on edges. They are tight.
To remove the o s**t handles use two flat screwdrivers.
