EML problems

Post by Luka03 »

hello everyone, I have a 2004 1.2 12v AZQ and the engine light comes on after an unspecified amount of time after clearing it. Sometimes it takes 2 days to come back on sometimes it off for 2 weeks. The codes are as followed:

Fuel Trim bank 1 system too lean p0171 intermittent
Fuel Trim bank 1 system too lean p0171
EGR system regulation deviation p1403 intermittent

over the last 2 years I have replaced the following parts trying to sort it:
-Thermostat with temp sensor
-Rad lower temp sensor
-EGR valve
-Catalytic converter with gaskets
-Lambda sensor no1
-Fuel vent (purge)valve

I have also checked and recalibrated the throttle body, checked all vacuum hoses and they all seems fine. I also changed all the filters and spark plugs in December last year. I am slowly loosing my patience and need help.

On a separate note my headlight and handbrake on warning buzzer has stopped working, could this be a fault with the gauge cluster?

If anyone has any ideas as what I could do next please let me know. Thanks Luke
